I won my copy of this audiobook so I'm loathe to criticize, but there were a couple of glitches in it, the most noticeable being a chapter cutting off mid-sentence. I have no idea how much was actually missing. Still, I enjoyed the book very much and therefore didn't drop my star rating. ( )

This was another short but sweet novella. It picks up from the previous story with Sean's best friend falling for Ash's friend.

Brady is a single dad to his late sister's son and daughter. He also suffers from CDC which means his brain and motor functions aren't in sync. He's also dyslexic. This causes him so much anxiety and he can't imagine the beautiful mountain of a man being remotely interested, and even if he were, he would stay once he learned about all of his issues.

Brady is completely wrong and Eric is more than a little interested. It is a struggle, but Eric slowly works his way into Brady's life.

It was sweet and well narrated. Looking forward to the next book in the series. ( )

Super cute.
I think I loved this one even more than the first. Eric is absolutely adorable and Brady well, my heart just broke for him on so many occasions. And I learnt plenty about a condition I was previously unaware of.
I really appreciate how well written the kids are in this series.
I cried at several points during the audio where I hadn't when if been reading. So excellent job there, Mr C. ( )

I enjoyed this one a lot more than the first one of the series. Still not quite enough to give it 4 stars though, but it's more a 3.5 star than a 3. ( )

This novel continues the Single Dads series, with focus on a couple of characters already encountered in Single. Not bad as a book at bedtime, but on the whole, didn't really do anything to me. ( )
